Rural Planning & Countryside Homes

Planning advice for proposals in the Northern Ireland countryside, including farm dwellings and infill opportunities.

How we can assist

Countryside development requires careful assessment against the adopted local development plan, the Strategic Planning Policy Statement and any relevant transitional retained policies. A site-specific appraisal considers settlement pattern, integration, landscape, access, environmental constraints and the evidence needed to support the proposed policy route.
