Site Appraisals & Feasibility

Understand a site’s planning potential and risks before committing to a proposal.

How we can assist

An appraisal can consider planning history, settlement limits, zoning, countryside policy, designations, access, neighbouring uses, environmental constraints and the need for additional technical reports. Findings are preliminary until supported by the necessary surveys and council decision.

Our consultancy scope

How a project progresses

We begin with your objectives and site details, examine the relevant planning history and policy framework, identify constraints and discuss an appropriate scope of professional services. Where instructed, we coordinate the submission and provide updates as the application progresses.

What information should you provide?

Important planning considerations

Requirements depend on the planning authority, the adopted development plan and any other material considerations. Technical reports and statutory application fees are separate unless expressly included in a written quotation. Planning approval is not guaranteed.
